Alex Rodriquez, likewise known as A-Rod, Madonna’s new boyfriend, has reportedly dropped Kabbalah. Madonna, a devoted follower of Kabbalah (an off-shoot of Judaism), had also failed to interest her second ex-husband Guy Ritchie (Madonna has also been married to actor Sean Penn) in the religion which he called “weird” and “hokum”. Alex Rodriguez’s indifference has made Madonna rethink the status of their relationship. According to an insider, “This is surely off-putting to Madonna. She did drag Guy into Kabbalah, she’s doing the same with Alex. But he’s bored. He’s basically a Kabbalah dropout.” Another insider from the New York Kabbalah Center (where Madonna and Alex Rodriguez have been taking lessons privately) added, “He hasn’t even finished Kabbalah 1 (the introduction to Kabbalah) and the majority of the time he expended with Yardeni so far was for counseling, not study.” This happened in spite of the fact that Alex Rodriguez, who has likewise just not long back split from wife Cynthia Rodriguez, had brought up to a friend that he felt that Madonna was his “f*%king soulmate, dude.” Madonna has told the press that she’s being kept busy by her “Sticky and Sweet” tour, so she’s been too distracted to focus on her personal life. She said, “It would be horrid if I was just thinking in regards to getting a divorce and had not one thing to do.” Madonna, who has three children, has also noted that she feels thankful for having such a successful career and said, “I’m sad when it comes to my personal life, but I feel very blessed and very lucky that I have the prospect to do what I do in my professional life.” On the other hand, Madonna’s kinship with her ex-husband Sean Penn seems to be rather good equated to her other rocky relationships. They’ve been spotted together in the New York area, distinctively at the Greenwich Hotel where they drank after one of her concerts. It has been reported that Sean has been helping Madonna emotionally. However, it seems that the old flame will not be rekindled since an insider noted, “They have a nice rapport. There’s not one thing romantic there. They’re just good friends.”
